Oh my goodness. I have been perusing the NYFW images for the past few days and this dress from Ralph Lauren's Spring 2014 collection is by far my favorite. By far. That rich, vibrant green couldn't be more springlike and the one-shoulder ruffle....I mean come on. Perfect.

2013 Pantone Color of the Year // Emerald

The blogging world has been abuzz with the Pantone Color of the Year for 2013, emerald. 

It's such a luxurious and vibrant color! I've seen it popping up on runways and fashion magazines, 

but I wanted to take a closer look at this color in home decor. 

Here are a few of my favorite rooms incorporating the color of the year.

{Friday's Fancies} luck of the Irish

It's all about St. Patrick's Day on Friday's Fancies this week!

I had such a blast creating not 1 but 3 outfits, I just couldn't decide on which dress I liked better.

{lookbook} it's easy to be green

It's almost St. Patrick's Day! 

So it was only fitting to wear my vintage green blazer yesterday

I wanted it to be the star so I chose to keep it pretty simple...white tee, boyfriend jeans, 

oh and leopard wedges and a few necklaces.

You know, just the usual ;)

{currently coveting} emerald green

A few weeks ago, I got an email from my dear friend announcing
her wedding on St. Patricks Day 2012 in Chicago.
Can't think of a better city to celebrate...the whole river is dyed green!
And, jewel tones are one of my favorite fall trends
So needless to say, I've had green on the mind.

But, I'm having trouble finding pieces for my wardrobe
in this gorgeous color. 

A cardigan, a pencil skirt, a belt...something, anything! 

So as per usual, I've resorted to online shopping.
