life lately {via Instagram}

Life has been good lately. Really, really good. 

I'm so grateful but wow, it's been busy!

I've been traveling, spending time with friends new & old, and building my business.

received the most beautiful gift: a fuchsia + gold sari from India to wear at my dear friend's wedding // visited my girlfriend in Austin, she's a doctor with secret interior decorating skills // spent the whole weekend surrounded by my favorite girls, tea and lots of laughs // my new car finally arrived. finally.

I hope you've all been doing well!

I had fully intended to catch up with blog reading this weekend but life had other plans for me.

Happy Monday dolls! 

It's down to the wire!  These are my last few days at work and I'm wrapping things up next week

 before I hop on a plane and officially move back to the US!

Just wanted to share a few highlights of life lately...

top: monogram necklace from M&C...obsessed / pulled all 6 out of my purse pocket...slightly obsessed / a sunny day by the Mediterranean

middle: found a jewel as I was packing / snakeskin journal / booties from Paris

bottom:  a little Chanel & faux fur courtesy of my mom / my watch collection / the perfect fall beverage

{thirty.} photo challenge

As I mentioned last week, in honor of my 30th I'm featuring posts this month (and maybe this year) related to the number thirty.  Today, I'm starting a 30 day photo challenge!  In a quest to bring more creativity into my life (this blog was part of it too), I purchased a DSLR camera a few months ago and have been trying to take more photographs.  It's lots of fun!  It's amazing what a difference a fancy camera makes!  

So when I saw this idea on Pinterest (of course, where else would you expect?!), I knew it would be perfect.  I'm starting the challenge today, although I won't post my daily pictures.  At the end of the project, I'll share some of my favorites.  I would love for you to join me!  Let me know if you're in and send me some of your photos too!
