I don't know about you guys, but my fall wardrobe consists of black and grey with a few camel pieces thrown in for good measure. This time of year just makes me want to cozy up with darker colors. But, oh Miss Palermo is making me change my tune! Look at the gorgeous bold, rich colors she's wearing this season. I love her no matter what, but she's stunning in these colors.

{fashion files} summer shorts

I gotta be honest, I have absolutely no desire to wear shorts this summer.

I can't remember the last time I owned a pair. I just don't like the way I look in shorts.

But man, it's hot! So I decided to get excited about my legs, slather on my self-tanner and buy a pair! ;)

These two pairs have really inspired me...

And really, is there a look of Olivia's that isn't inspirational...

{stylish spaces} olivia palermo + {currently coveting} hermes tray

Today's a two-for-one because ya'll are so good to me! 

I love Olivia Palermo.  Love.  Well, I love her style.  Honestly I don't know much about her personal life, but I wasn't her biggest fan on The City.  But really, have you seen the girl's outfits?  The rest is just minor details.  

So imagine my excitement when I was searching for an Hermes tray, my latest home decor obsession, and what do I see on page 2 of my Google search?  Olivia's apartment!  It's gorgeous!  So here it is, my quest for an Hermes tray that will not cost me a fortune (anyone have any ideas? am I living in dreamland right now?) and my love for OP and her stunning home.
