It's no secret I love big jewelry, statement necklaces in particular. I have a pretty fabulous collection but I was on the hunt for a colorful piece that I could wear into Spring and Summer. Y'all know how picky and seriously, I've been searching for a while. So you can imagine that it was true love when sweet Tweedie over at Shamelessly Sparkly sent me this colorful sparkler.

For me, the best part is the price point. I am a major bargain shopper and love when I get beauty, quality and affordability all in one place. Jewelry that is sturdy and substantial without spending a fortune. That's a win in my book.

Closing Up Shop

Well, friends I can't believe I'm writing this but I have decided to close my online jewelry boutique. The past year has been an absolute blast! Designing pieces and watching them come to life is an indescribable feeling. And then to top it all off with sharing them with my fabulous customers and seeing pictures and blog posts featuring my designs...it's truly the best. 

But as my life and career has evolved over the past year, new opportunities have come up that I am so excited to be a part of. Rather than spread myself too thin, I've decided to refine some of my responsibilities and commitments. I enjoyed this entrepreneurial adventure immensely but I'm excited to move on to bigger and better things! I cannot thank you all enough for your continued support of my little shop, every order truly means the world to me. 

When I first announced my shop, other bloggers rallied around to help support and promote. I am forever grateful. So as I get to the practical parts of closing the shop, I get to pass along a bit more cheer to you! I have some inventory left that I'd like to move so I've reduced all the prices and shipping is now $5. I really only have a couple of each piece left so if there's something you'd like to have, I really want to make sure it goes home with you! outside the {jewelry} box

I have so many gorgeous gems, jewels and baubles.  I love them all!  But, I've yet to find a fitting way to display/store these lovely pieces...they're mostly just jumbled in my drawer or in bowls on top of my dresser.  Most jewelry boxes I've seen look exactly like well, jewelry boxes.  I've been on the hunt for creative alternatives & here's what I've found so far.  Tell me, what do you use to display your sparkly little pieces?
