Inspired Style // Snow Chic

I love the snow! ...as long as I'm snuggled inside by the fire :) I did survive 6 Chicago winters but honestly I gave up cold-weather badge when I moved to the sunny shores of the Mediterranean. The weather here in the South lately has been unseasonably warm, but that hasn't kept me of dreaming of a Friday's Fancies outfit ready for snow-covered mountains! Dressing for winter is my favorite, the warm layers and rich textures, cozy sweaters and Sorel boots. (I still don't own a pair, totally on my list!)

What's your favorite season to dress for?

hope you have a lovely weekend
xx

Hi Mae,

Love the lodge pictures...thats a winter dream home, isn't it? The kind you can stay in all winter and feel content.

I'm preparing to survive the Chicago weather....it was super cold in today!

Now that I'm living in NYC I'm going to need to invest in those snow shoes.
