One of my new year's resolutions for this blog is to post more outfit photos. {Still super embarrassing, but you guys seem to like it so I'll push through}
The problem is that ever since I came back to the US last week, my outfits have consisted of some variation of leggings and camel/gray/black Uggs. Just add a tank and a different colored scarf and I'm ready to go!
But yesterday, I had a business meeting so I had to actually get dressed. Nothing like seeing people to force me to think about what I'm wearing. And because I wanted to make a good impression, I reached for sequins. And because my next immediate thought was perhaps I should try to maintain some form of professionalism, I put a blazer on over it. Albeit a blazer with gold chains, but a blazer nonetheless.
enjoy your weekend my dears!
see ya back here Monday,
xx
{ps}: yes, I'm wearing gold sequins in the daytime in front of a barn and wheat. Can you tell I'm back in Oklahoma? Sometimes I think I'm a bit much for this one-horse town...
{pps}: I don't know what's going on with my new pursed lips pose. It just happens, no more normal smiling. Lynsey, I caught whatever you had! Can't stop.

MAE! You look gorgeous!! I am so happy that you are planning on doing more outfit posts this year. I totally empathize though with feeling embarrassed...I am still having to give myself a pep talk before heading out with the camera or even posting them on my site.
